After student teaching in college for two years, I learned how much I loved being around children and helping them. I substituted for a couple months after a graduating for Snow College, for a little extra money, in doing so I realized I didn't think being a teacher was the exact fit for me. This is where I found a degree in school counseling. A job that gives me the opportunity to help children and still interact with them throughout the day.
